Obituary of Michelle H Darrell
Michelle H. Darrell 55, beloved wife of George H. Darrell passed away peacefully on December 29, 2020 at St. Francis Hospital. She was born June 6, 1965 in Manchester daughter of Jon Hawthorne, Sr. and Jeanette (Pease) Hawthorne. She was raised in Manchester and received her Bachelor’s Degree from Central University. She had worked in Human Resources for Colt Manufacturing, as a School Crossing Guard in Manchester and most recently at the Manchester Early Learning Center.
Michelle is survived by husband George, her son George C. Darrell and his wife Jillian of Clarksville, TN, her mother Jeanette P. Hawthorne, a brother Jon C. Hawthorne, Jr., three brothers-in-law, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father Jon C. Hawthorne, Sr.
Due to healthcare restrictions a celebration of life will be held in the Summer of 2021 closer to her birthday in East Cemetery, Manchester.
