Obituary of Elizabeth E. McCarthy
Elizabeth E. (Klojzy) McCarthy, 31, of Manchester, loving wife of Jacob T. McCarthy, passed away suddenly due to cancer on December 22, 2020. She was born April 23, 1989 in Hartford, daughter of Jeffrey & Laura (Scott) Klojzy. She was raised in Manchester and received her Bachelors in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.
Along with her husband Jake she leaves her three beloved children Coral, Addison & James McCarthy, her mother Laura, two brothers Jeff and John Klojzy, and a sister Alison Klojzy. Elizabeth was predeceased by her father Jeffrey and a brother Joseph.
Elizabeth loved to be helpful, whether it was through her service in AmeriCorps out of the Hartford and Denver areas, volunteering in New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina, or caring for family members and loved ones in times of need. She enjoyed accompanying her husband at Red Sox games, and she adored being a great mom to her wonderful children.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 28th at 11 a.m. at East Cemetery, Harrison Street, Manchester. The John F. Tierney Funeral Home has care of the arrangements. For online condolences please visit www.tierneyfuneralhome.com.
