Obituary of Mark A. Melley
Mark A. Melley, 63, of Vernon, formerly of Manchester, the fiancé of Renee Gallant Milano of Vernon died Friday, December 4, 2020. Born in Manchester, he was the son of the late James A. Melley, Sr. and Margaret Jane (Evans) Melley.
He was a US Army veteran, had two undergraduate degrees and received a Masters of Education from Springfield College on December 22, 2005. He loved his 2012 Harley Davidson Heritage and his dog Addie. He was also a member of the Glastonbury Elks.
He In addition to his fiancé, he is survived by his siblings James A. Melley and his wife Carolyn of Manchester, Michael Melley of Hernando Beach, CA, Matthew Melley of El Cajon, CA, Philip Melley of Clarkesville, TN, Robert Melley and his wife Paula of Boynton Beach, FL and Barbara Semino of South Windsor; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 15th at 11:00 a.m. at St. James Cemetery, 360 Broad Street Manchester. The John F. Tierney Funeral Home, Manchester has care of the arrangements. For online condolences please visit www.tierneyfuneralhome.com.
