Obituary of Arthur Mills
Arthur W. Mills 83 of Manchester and beloved husband of Margaret (Fraser) Mills passed away peacefully on December 5, 2020. He was born May 14, 1937 in Long Island, New York and was raised there until leaving to serve in the US Navy. Arthur had worked as a groundskeeper at St. Joseph’s College and later at The McAuley Home both in West Hartford. He loved to dance and it's where he met Margaret. He enjoyed landscaping, gardening and working with plants.
Along with his wife Margaret he leaves his children Michael Mills of New Hartford, Samuel Mills of CA and Marisa Mills of Norfolk: several grandchildren and great granchildren: brothers Richard and Walter Mills: and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother David in October.
