Devin Felix, 4 months, passed away on Monday January 27, 2020. He was born on September 19, 2019 to Elvin Felix-Vasquez and Madeline Ruiz.
A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday February 4th at 11 a.m. at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home, 219 West Center Street, Manchester followed by burial in Silver Lane Cemetery, 1280 Silver Lane, East Hartford. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Monday February 3rd from 5-8 p.m.
