Obituary of Kristin Marie Shaw
Kristin Marie Shaw, 47 of Paoli, PA, passed away peacefully September 15, 2019 surrounded by her family. She leaves behind, to mourn her loss, her life partner Rod Snyder, her parents David Shaw & Susan (McNamar) Shaw, her Sister Korin Hill and Brother in Law Brian Hill and her beloved nephew Gavin Hill. She also leaves her cat Sharkey, many uncles, aunt’s, cousins and friends.
Born March 12, 1972 in Junction City, KS. She grew up in Coventry, CT. She graduated from East Catholic High School in 1990. She received her Bachelors from St. Joseph’s University, PA and her Masters degree from West Chester University, PA in English Literature.
She worked for Sears in the Manchester CT store and for Whole Foods Market in Devon PA.
She had many interests, including “Anything Swiss”, especially her many trips to Switzerland. She also had interests in sewing, horticulture, hockey, The Historical Society of Tredyffrin Township and the local Democratic Party. She was also an avid reader of Non-Fiction Literature.
