Obituary of Levi Edmonds
Levi Edmonds, 72, of New Britain, formerly of Manchester, passed away Sunday, December 2, 2018 at Autumn Lake in New Britain. Born in Americus, GA he was the son of the late William Edmonds Sr. and Sallie McCray Edmonds. He had retired from Stanadyne.
He is survived by his children Bridget Edmonds, Veronica Williams and Jacqueline Williams; and his grandchildren Keith Cameron, Chaz Dister, Tylon Dukes and Neasha Weaver. He is also survived by his brothers, Leon Edmonds of Plains, GA, and James Edmonds of Deerfield Beach, FL; his sisters Victoria King (Willie) of East Hartford, CT, Sallie Lay (Sam) of Hartford, CT and Onnie Foster of Manchester, CT; and a host of nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers Willie C. Edmonds, Arthur Edmonds, and William Edmonds Jr.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 8th at 12:00 p.m. at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center St. Manchester. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m. For online condolences please visit www.tierneyfuneralhome.com.
