Please accept my condolences on the passing of your loved one. At this time it's hard to put into words the pain one feels. The scriptures gives us comfort that can help us. John 5:28,29 is one such scripture. It gives us a real hope of being reunited with our dead loved ones.

Please accept my condolences for the passing of Lonald. There is hope though, as the Almighty has arranged for the resurrection in the future. He promises, "... There is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and the unrighteous." (Acts 24:15)
I hope you find these few words comforting and provide motivation to prepare for the new world of God's making. (John 17:3)

Your family may not remember me but your mother will especially Christmas Time. I am one of the Drill sergeants that put your farther through Drill Sergeant School and later on he became my Training NCO in the old Charlie Company 1/385/ 2nd Brigade, in East Windsor, CT. He worked hard to get the Drill Sergeant Hat and just as hard to keep it. There wasn't any thing he wouldn't do to help his fellow soldier and even sometimes at the expense of himself. I tried to get him to follow me to the brigade HQ and then to the 76th Division Headquarters in West Hartford but for some reason he choose not to.
A man with his ability to Teach civilians and Train new enlisted soldiers coming into the Army will be sorely misses by all. I didn't call sergeant I called him my friend.

Rob,
My memories at Prince will forever be great because of you. I will forever remember your raspy little voice and the many stories you told us- many of with where a little crass and had us all hollering in laughter! I regret not making more of an effort to visit, but know I thought of you often and the memories you left me with will forever be cherished. My prayers go to your family and I hope they take solice is knowing just how many lives you touched. You were so much more than a teacher to us, you shaped our lives in more ways that one could count. I say that with great confidence. I am proud to have known you and will miss you tremendously. Respectfully, Your Nette ❤️
