Obituary of Raymond Daigle

Raymond Daigle, 74, from Lille, Maine residing in New Britain, the husband of Jennie (Beaulieu) Daigle passed away Thursday, September 27, 2018 at Touchpoints of Farmington.   He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. Born in Lille, ME he was the son of the late Pea and Jeanne (Collins) Daigle. He graduated from Van Buren Boys High School and moved to CT in 1964. He was a master craftsman in the hardwood floors and worked for Guy & Patrick Daigle in Manchester until he retired.

Family was a part of his life and he was “Always the Life of the Party” at gatherings. He belonged to the Knights of Columbus in Hartford and enjoyed fishing, hunting, snow mobiling, just to name a few.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughter Michelle Daigle of Hartford, his son Keith Daigle of New York, NY; his grandson Leonard Kyles; and his great-grandchildren Neishalee and Ramseh.  He is also survived by his siblings, Roland Daigle, Guy Daigle, Blanche Albert and Muriel Roy all of Manchester; and several nieces and nephews.  He was also predeceased by his siblings Patrick Daigle and Yvette Holmes. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, October 4th at 11:00 a.m. at the Church of the Assumption 29 Adams St. South, Manchester followed by burial in St. James Cemetery, Manchester.  The John F.
