He was an avid sports fan and passionately followed Uconn athletics, Red Sox baseball, and Providence College Field Hockey. He enjoyed filling his time with sporting events, country music concerts, fishing, and golfing. David is predeceased by his mother Doris Clymer. David is survived by his wife of 30 years, Gloria Clymer, and his daughters, Rachel, Kendra and husband Mordecai Ostrowski, and Deidra. He is also survived by his father, Stanley Clymer, and his sister, Heidi Riccardi and family, along with a lot of extended family and friends. He will be deeply missed by those who had the opportunity to know him. The family would like to thank the first responders from the South Windsor Police and Fire departments for all their compassion.
