Obituary of Thomas K Atamian III
Thomas K. Atamian, III :”Tom”, 70 of Manchester died on Saturday, May 12, 2018 in Manchester. A life long resident of Manchester he was the son of the late Thomas and Ella (Wolfram) Atamian. Tom received the “Golden Handshake” from Pratt & Whitney where he had worked as an Inspector. After retirement he worked with both the Manchester and Vernon Recreation Departments. Tom was a huge sports fan and loved classical music. He enjoyed traveling with his parents to Philadelphia Flyers games and with his mom to Tanglewood. He was a member and volunteer with the Pratt & Whitney Club. Tom is survived by his brother and sister-in-law Alan and Julie Atamian of East Hartford, his niece and nephew Mary Atamian and Alan Atamian, Jr. and his good friends Debbie Lux and Laura Dunfield. Besides his parents, Tom was predeceased by his brother Gary. Funeral services will be private.
