Audrey A. McGowan, 72, of Manchester, died Wednesday (January 9, 2013) at Rockville General Hospital. Born in Manchester, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Beatrice McGowan. Audrey had retired from Southern New England Telephone as a telephone operator. She is survived by her sisters, Beatrice Skinner of West Lebanon, NH, and Eileen Pelletier and her husband Patrick of Peru, ME; and her nieces and nephews, Steven Pelletier and his wife Mary of Topsham, ME, Patricia Pelletier of Kingsville, TX, Gail Zeringue and her husband Emile of Sunset , LA, Sheila McMillian of Norway, ME, Thomas Pelletier and his wife Kelly of Mexico, ME, Clayton Pelletier and his wife Tammy of Rumford, ME, Pamela Michaels of Plainfield, NH, and Michael Skinner and his wife Pamela of Plainfield, NH. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her brother Arthur McGowan. Funeral service will be held on Saturday (January 19th) at 10:30 am from the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center St. Manchester with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am at St. Bartholomew Church 45 Ludlow Rd., Manchester, followed by burial in St. James Cemetery.
