Wilbert Mandy, 63, of Manchester died Saturday (September 17, 2011) at Touchpoints Care Center in Manchester. Born in Elizabethtown, NY he was the son of the late Louis and Clethie Mandy. He had worked for Admiral Cleaning and the Town of Manchester. He is survived by his brothers Victor Mandy and his wife Debbie of Moriah Center, NY and Otis Mandy of Lake George, NY. Funeral service is private and at the convenience of the family. Burial will occur at South Moriah Cemetery, Moriah Center, NY. The John F.
