Lynn Gentry Senger posted a condolence

Hello Dana. I was sorry to hear about Debbie. I am not sure you will remember me but I am Lynn Gentry and lived on Edith Avenue. Debbie and I spent many hours together as friends during our school years. We remained great friends even through high school when she went to the School of the Arts and I to North Forsyth High. We had lots of fun together but lost touch when Debbie moved to the northeast. I did hear about Debbie through your Mom and Louise Roland from time to time. I cherish all of the wonderful memories I have of the time we spent together. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and her family at this time. Lynn Gentry Senger

To Debbie's family, Just wanted you to know how wonderful she was as a Hospice volunteer when she helped us care for my mother in law. She was the BEST!! May you have many memories to ponder each day of what a wonderful woman she was and all that she did with her time here on earth. May God bless you as you go through this most difficult time, Bob & Gail Jarvis

Heather: I know there are really no words that would really make you feel better after losing your mom. The only thing I can say is that, if she was suffering due to her disease, you can now feel at ease knowing her suffering is over. That still helps me when I think about my dad. Please receive a hug from Dean, Deanna and myself. We hope to see you all soon...Take care. Love, Vickie

We are so sorry for your loss. We lived beside Les and Mary Gray on Midkiff for several years in the late 80s and early 90s. We thought so much of them. We met Debbie only once but we were impressed with her. She was so talented and did a wonderful job in the 50th celebration for Les and Mary. We know she will be sorely missed. Again, please accept our condolences.

I am so sorry to hear about Debbie. She was such a beautiful and talented girl when I knew her growing up in Windsor Forest Development in Winston-Salem, NC. I know she is singing in Heaven's Choir now and rejoicing with her sister, Ellen and her mother and father, Les and Mary Lou Gray.
