JoanRae Couch, 75, of Manchester, CT; formerly of Westmont NJ, beloved wife of Lawrence Couch passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 21, 2011. She was born June 6, 1936 in Margate, NJ, the daughter of Wesley and Hazel Mitchell. She was raised in Runnemede, NJ and graduated from Audubon High School, Class of 1954. Her greatest joy was spending time with her friends and family, particularly her grandchildren. She enjoyed traveling, most especially to her favorite destination: Ocean City, NJ. In addition to her husband Larry she is survived by her children, Donna Wu of Manchester, CT and Michael Couch of Ellicott City, MD, and her grandchildren, Jonathan and David Wu, Joseph and Laura Couch, daughter-in-law Barbara Couch and her sister-in-law JoAnn Couch of Runnemede, NJ. She was predeceased by her son-in-law Stephen Wu. A private memorial will be held at the convenience of the family.
