Obituary of Doris Haley

Doris J. Haley, 88, the wife of the late Edward W. Haley died on Friday (June 17, 2011) at Rockville General Hospital. Doris was born in Jefferson, SD, the daughter of the late Louis and Florama (Beaubien) Brusseau she had lived in Manchester for many years and most recently lived in Vernon. Doris worked in many fields, including as a self-employed hairdresser, for Bradlee's and in quality control. She is survived by her children and their spouses Karen and Bill Spencer of Manchester, Samuel of Vernon, Mark and Shari Haley of Windsor, Daniel and Anne Haley of Vernon and Raymond and Fran of Hartford; her grandchildren and their spouses John and Susan Dischert, Tracey and Aaron Duncan, Tammi and Joe Serrano, Brian and Shannon Haley, Andrew and Jacob Haley, Amanda and Tova Haley, Alyssa, Eddie and Lauren Haley and Jackie and Will Haley; her great grandchild Madison Haley and her brother and sister-in-law Bernard and Betty Brusseau of Spear Fish, SD. Doris' family would like to offer a special thanks to the staff at Rockville General Hospital for their awesome care. Funeral service will be held on Friday (6/24) from the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center St. Manchester at 10:00 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 at St. Bridget Church 80 Main St. Manchester with burial in East Cemetery, Manchester.
