Marjorie C. Minor, 92, of Manchester, the wife of the late Francis J. "Skip" Minor died Tuesday (November 6, 2012) at Harrington Court in Colchester. Born in Hartford, she had lived in Manchester for many years. Marjorie was formerly employed by the Travelers and St. Bartholomew Church, was a communicant of St. Bartholomew and was an associate member of the Sisters of Notre Dame. She is survived by her daughters; Anne M. Minor of Columbia, and Karen M. Minor and Joe Ippi of Griswold; her grandchildren Kimberly Birge-Liberman and her husband Phil, and Christopher Naktenis; her great-grandchildren Norah Marjorie, and Wesley Birge-Liberman; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband she was predeceased by her son Michael Francis Minor. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday (November 9th) at 10 am at St. Bartholomew Church 45 Ludlow Road Manchester followed by burial in St. James Cemetery, Manchester.
