Thomas K. Rolland, 56, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Saturday (September 29, 2012) at Manchester Manor. He is survived by his loving wife, Erica Rolland; four children, Kendra, Taylor, Rebecca, and Paul; and his granddaughter Zoey.
