Lucille A. Covey, 79, of Manchester died on Wednesday (September 26, 2012) at the Westside Care Center in Manchester. Lucille is survived by her daughters Jean and Judy McDowell of Waterbury, Mary Hicock of Meriden and Katherine Howell and her husband Joseph of Manchester, her sons and daughters-in-law Michael and Carol McDowell of Vernon and Al Covey, Jr. and Sara of NH; her grandchildren Elizabeth, Desiree, Justin, Kaysey, Susan, David, Joey, John, Skip, Kimberly and Jose and her great grandchildren Joshua, Leandra, Jaylynn, Louis, Lawrence and Rosalee. She is also survived by her sisters Mary Pollard of VT and Barbara Ewing of Bozrah and her brother and sister-in-law Richard and Wanda Minor of TX. Family and friends may call at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center St. Manchester on Monday (10/1) from noon to 1:00 with a funeral service beginning at 1:00. Burial will follow at East Cemetery, Manchester.
