Lillian C. Marsh, 90, of Manchester, beloved wife of 51 years to William C. "Swampy" Marsh entered into heavenly peace on Thursday (August 23, 2012) at Manchester Memorial Hospital. Lillian was a proud and devoted wife to "Swampy" and was known and loved for her longtime involvement with the Al-anon group. She is survived by her sons Richard Marsh of Manchester, and William Marsh of Florida, 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Besides her husband she was predeceased by a son Robert P. Marsh and four grandchildren. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday (August 28th) at 9:15 am from the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center St. Manchester with a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 10 am at St. James Church 896 Main St. Manchester followed by burial in East Cemetery.
