Obituary of David H. Weech

David Weech, 58, of Manchester, beloved husband of Charlene (Bacheu) Weech passed away on Thursday, June 8, 2017. David was born in Hartford and was the son of Mary (Duffy) and the late Dean Weech, Sr. David served in the U.S. Navy and was proud to have served his country. He then went to work for the U.S. Postal Service for over thirty years before retiring. David was an avid football fan of the New York Giants and was an active in local youth football, first as a coach and later officiating the games. David is survived by his brothers; Jim and his wife Becky, Doug and his wife Lori; his stepsons; Adam and his wife Artie and Simon and his wife Odie; and his special granddaughter Iyla whom he adored. He leaves many loving brother's and sister's-in-law as well as special nieces and nephews. Besides his father, David was predeceased by his brother, Dean Jr. A funeral service for David will be held at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home, 219 W. Center Street, Manchester, on Tuesday June 13th at 12:00 pm. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10:00 to 12:00.
