Michael Dennis Willette (Mike), 60, of Manchester, CT, passed peacefully away on Monday, August 6, 2012 at St. Francis Hospital with his loving family and friends by his side. Mike is survived by his beloved wife of 22 ½ years, Nilsa Perez Willette and children Ashley, Shelby and Justin, his parents Charlene and Robert Willette, his sister and brother-in-law, Sharon and Clif Scorso, sister-in-law Carmen and several nieces, nephews and friends. He also leaves his Mother and Father-in-law Nicolas and Juanita, brother-in-law William, and sisters-in-law Juanita and Marilyn in Puerto Rico. Mike was born January 13, 1952 in Rockville, CT. He attended Manchester schools and Manchester Community College. He took great pride in his work and loved life. His hobbies included fishing, camping, electronics and boating. In addition to being a general handyman, Mike owned and operated Northeast Vendors for several years and worked hard providing for his family. He had a great love for gardening and the special animals that came into his life. His family and friends will miss his great sense of humor and contagious laughter. Funeral service will be held on Saturday (August 11th) at 10:30 am from the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center St. Manchester with a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 11 am at St. James Church 896 Main St. Manchester.
