Theresa P. Monahan, 83, of Bolton, died Monday, May 15, 2017 at Glastonbury Health Care Center. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Edwina (Gagnon) Dumas and had lived in Bolton for many years. Theresa retired from the Travelers after many years of service. She enjoyed fishing, bingo, music and her grandchildren, who she adored. She is survived by her sons, Daniel Monahan and his wife Ann of Stafford Springs, David Monahan of Bolton, Dennis Monahan and his wife Holly of Manchester, and Douglas Monahan of Andover; her grandchildren Justin, Ashley, Jessica and Alise; her sisters Cecile Sullo, Bernadette Joyner and her husband Ronald, Dolores Embleton, and Madeline Desensa and her husband Larry; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held on Saturday (May 20th) at 12:00 p.m. at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center St. Manchester.
