Obituary of Lorraine B. Metivier

Lorraine B. Metivier, 90, the wife of the late Joseph Roger Metivier died on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at Fox Hill Center of Vernon. Lorraine was also predeceased by her sons Larry Metivier formerly of Chandler, AZ and George Metivier formerly of Lake City, FL. She was born in Westbrook, ME the daughter of Hormidas and Jeannette (Leroux) Belanger and had lived most of her life in Manchester. Lorraine had previously worked as a waitress for local Manchester restaurants and was the former manager of Manchester Gardens.

She is survived by her children Janet Mayer and David of Manchester, Diana Adams and Terry of Meza, AZ, Michael Metivier and Debbie of Branford, RI, Yvonne Pelletier and Conrad of New Brunswick, Canada and Jason Metivier and Amanda of Ellington; fourteen grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; her siblings Priscilla Rochleau and Leo, Donald, Paul and Albert Belanger all of ME; her former daughters-in-law Gayle Metivier and Claudia Smart and many nieces and nephews.
