Beverly Jean Belanger, 68, of Vernon, formerly of Manchester entered into eternal rest on Saturday March 25, 2017. Beverly was born November 28, 1948 in Caribou, ME the daughter of Joel Belanger and the late Frances (Gagnon) Belanger. She was a parishioner of St. Bridget Church in Manchester. She was one of the original members of MARC, Inc. and just recently received a citation from the Town of Manchester marking 50 years with MARC. Beverly had the sweetest disposition and everyone that met her, loved her. She had a great love for pocketbooks, as she could have up to 100 at a time, kittens, food, and of course buying Avon. She is survived by her 3 brothers, Joseph F. Belanger of Manchester, Michael J. Belanger and his wife Kathy of Manchester, Mark E. Belanger and his wife Teri of Tolland; her sister Mary Luchenbill and her husband Steven of Coventry; 10 nieces and nephews, Jeffrey and Chastity Belanger, Kelly and Edward Quick, Eric and Dominique Belanger, Daniel and Sara Belanger, Joel Belanger, Sarah Luchenbill, Renee and Tony Constant, Jacqueline Belanger, Justin Luchenbill and Patrick Belanger; 11 great-nieces; many aunts, uncles, cousins; her friends and co-workers at MARC; and especially her housemates and all of her friends who cared and loved her at her home Sunrise Northeast. Besides her mother she was predeceased by her sister-in-law Cora Belanger. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday March 29th at 9:15 am from the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center St. Manchester with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am at St. Bridget Church 80 Main St. Manchester followed by burial in St. James Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5-8 pm.
