Scott J. Dougan, 54, of Manchester, died Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at Manchester Memorial Hospital. Born in Manchester, he was a lifelong resident. He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Dougan and daughter, Jessica Dougan of Manchester; his mother Joan Saimond and step-father Chuck of Manchester; and his father John Dougan and step-mom Lucy of Mount Holly, VT. He is also survived by his brothers David Dougan and his wife Teri of Manchester, Kyle Dougan of Hebron, and John Dougan and his wife Jennifer of Imperial, CA; his step-brothers Christopher and Scott Saimond, and Tyler Joannette; and his nieces and nephews, Brooke, Kayleigh, Amanda, Ethan, Rachel, Peyton, Jack and Aiden Dougan. He also leaves behind his close friend Brad Pelligrinelli and his wife Kelly of Manchester, and many more. Scott had a lifelong passion for playing softball, hunting and snowmobling, and spending time with his friends and family in Vermont. He was a great friend to have, and an extremely loving and caring father. He will be truly missed by all who knew him. A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 14th, at 11:00 a.m. at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center St. Manchester.
