Juan Juan, 78, the husband of Rosa M. (Toledo) Juan died on Thursday (Sept. 11, 2008) at Hartford Hospital. Born in Spain he was raised in Cuba and had come to the Manchester area thirty years ago. Juan was the owner of Cachita's on Park St. in Hartford. Besides his wife Rosa he is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Juan, Jr. and Jennifer of Manchester, his daughter and son-in-law Cari Vincente and Curt of Mansfield, four grandchildren Chad and Cristina Vincente and Trevor and Marina Juan, his brother Antonio Juan of FL and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Juan was predeceased by his parents Antonio and Marta and his brothers Carlos, Bernardo, Francisco and Pedro.
