Kimberly Ann Webb - 21 years old of Manchester, Passed away unexpectedly Sunday afternoon, January 27, 2008 were she was residing in Carmel, NY. Kimberly was born in Providence , RI the daughter of Patricia M. Devoe and John E. Webb. Kimberly's life was full of happiness. Always the life of the party and the one person who could make you laugh no matter how down you were. She was a passionate frog collector and loved singing. Weather she was singing a song she made up or one that she had learned she truly had the voice of an angel. She will forever remain in our hearts and keep us laughing at all the good times she gave to us. She survived by her parents Patricia Devoe and husband Timonthy (Dad) of Manchester, her father John Webb and wife Carmen of Pawtucket, RI, Her brother John Webb and his wife Sonya and Her sister Kelly Faircloth and her Fiance Jevon and Jessica Webb all of Manchester. Her grandmother Patiricia Lethbridge and her roommate Ellie her Nana Lorraine Webb all of RI, her grandmother Leora Devoe of CT and her Great grandmother Inez Labbe of CT. She Leaves behind 4 nieces and nephews, Many aunts, uncles and cousins. She also leaves her two dogs Harley, Annie and her cat Spaz. She was predeceased by her grandfather Wilfred Kenworthy and her papa John C Webb. She also survived by many friends whom she had that special bond with Karen M and Amber P both of CT, Carrie C of FL and Many friends from her special needs environment. "If tears could build a stairway and memories could build a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again"
