Theresa Hajbucki, 72, of Manchester the husband of Edmund Hajbucki died Monday (July 30, 2007) at Manchester Memorial Hospital. Born in Hungary, she had lived in Manchester for over fifty years. After living in America for fifty years on July 4, 2000 Theresa became a citizen of the United State, a fact of which she was very proud. She touched the lives of all of those who knew her. Besides her husband she is survived by her children and their spouses Mary Berthiaume and her husband Raymond of Manchester, Thomas Hajbucki and his wife Maureen of Bolton, Susan Schmidt and her husband Gary of Manchester, Ann Marie Wilson of Coventry, and Frank Hajbucki and his wife Carol of Vermont; her grandchildren David, Cody, Dylan, Emilee, Shane, Tanner, Kevin and Leeann. She is also survived by her brother Joseph and his wife Lois Karch of Manchester, her former son-in-law Bob Wilson and two nieces. She was predeceased by her son Edmund Hajbucki Jr. and her brother Martin Karch. Funeral service will be held on Friday (August 3, 2007) at 10 am at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center St. Manchester followed by burial in East Cemetery Manchester. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 6-8 pm. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
