Obituary of Jory D Mayer

Jory D. Mayer died Wednesday, April 4, 2018 in Texas.  He was born in Rockville on March 18, 1997, attended Connecticut IB Academy in East Hartford, CT and graduated class of 2015. Jory was full of life and followed his musical dreams all the way to Austin Texas where he was becoming a very well-known live performance musician. Starting in music at a very early age he progressed into his own style of playing the guitar. There were many people in Jory's life who supported him in all he did with his music. They molded him each in their own special way that touched his heart and taught him well. Jory gained and gave high standards of respect to all his fellow musicians through the short years he was with us all. Thank you to all for the support during his 21 years of LIFE. Jory is survived by his parents Jennifer and Hank Mayer, his brother Anthony, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Several Cousins, & Many, Many Friends.  A Memorial Service will be held Friday, April 20, 2018 at 7:00 PM at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center St. Manchester. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 4-7 PM.
