My deepest sympathies and condolences to all of Terri's family and friends. My heart goes out to all of you and as I'm writing this I'm realizing that words simply cannot express the sadness we all feel and void that remains now that she’s no longer with us. Terri was such a wonderful and loving person. She was selfless and giving and a friend you could always count on. I can only hope that she realized how much she meant to all of us, how much she meant to me. It will never be the same without her, but I feel very blessed to have been her friend. My dear Terri, I love you and will never forget you.

I am so sorry to learn that Terri has left. I met her online, since we were both on the same clinical trial. Then we met in person at Smilow, as part of the Thoracic Oncology Support Group. I have been trying to catch up with her since I learned she was in the hospital and we were not able to connect. My deepest sympathies to her family. Margot Larson

My condolences to Jim, Terri's family and friends including her coworkers here at MassMutual. I've had the privilege of working with Terri for the past ten years and three years ago began reporting to her indirectly. Although a systems resource, Terri always treated me like a part of her special dividend team. She was one of the most thoughtful, loving, giving, positive people I have ever met. Over the past 3 years, we've become close friends and spent many nights out to dinner sharing stories of our teenage boys, shopping for bargains and enjoying team day at her house. Terri was a very special friend, a mentor, my hero. Even when battling her serious illness, she was there encouraging and supporting me through a very difficult time last year; always giving of herself for others and never complaining. I love you Terri and miss you everyday. MassMutual will never be the same without you! Girlfriend what will I do without you? Love Cathy Walters

Each of us grieve in our own way. You will experience many emotions during the days, weeks, months and years ahead. You must be strong. Please know that although no one can feel your personal pain I pray that each of you continue your journey in life and remember that Theresa would expect you all to make her proud. My sympathy and condolences to my cousin Jim, Terri's family, and her many friends.

My sympathy and condolences to Jim, Terri's family and friends, and all her co-workers at MassMutual. I had the pleasure of working with Terri every day for 13 years at MassMutual. She had so many great qualities that I admired and I learned so much from her. Most of all, I was inspired by her unwavering faith and her courage. She was not just my co-worker but was, more importantly, my friend. Over the past 13 years I have many great memories of her that I will always cherish. I will miss her dearly. Work will not be the same without her. Lori

My deepest sympathy and compassion goes out to Terri's family and all her friends as they mourn this enormous loss. Terri was a generous and caring soul, and I will never forget her. It was a great privilege and honor to work for her at MassMutual, where she was loved and admired by all, most especially by her "dividend family". We will never be the same without you Terri. I love you, and will think of you often and always. - Gary - "When the hour is upon us And our beauty surely gone No you will not be forgotten No you will not be alone And when the day has all but ended And our echo starts to fade No you will not be alone then And you will not be afraid No you will not be afraid When the fog has finally lifted From my cold and tired brow No I will not leave you crying And I will not let you down No I will not let you down I will not let you down Now comes the night Feel it fading away And the soul underneath Is it all that remains? So just slide over here Leave your fear in the fray Let us hold to each other Until the end of our days When the hour is upon us And our beauty surely gone No you will not be forgotten No you will not be alone No you will not be alone"
