Joyce C. Chalifoux, 67, of Manchester died on Saturday (January 29, 2011) at Crestfield Health and Rehabilitation Center. Joyce was born in Hartford the daughter of the late James Bowen and Louise (Hohmuth) Bowen of Manchester and had lived in Manchester since 1958. She formerly worked at the old CT Bank and Trust Co. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law Richard and Nicole Chalifoux of Manchester; her daughter and son-in-law Denise Longo and Christopher of Cheshire; nine grandchildren; her sister Linda Emerson of Manchester and her brother Robert Bowen of Weddington, NC. Joyce was also predeceased by her brother James Bowen. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10:30 at the Church of the Assumption Adams St, South Manchester.
