Jean P. Hansen, 74, of East Hartford, the wife of the late Walter "Bud" Hansen died Thursday (December 30, 2010) at St. Francis Hospital. Jean was retired from Connecticut Bank and Trust. She was a member of the East Hartford Grange and was an avid duckpin bowler at Holiday Lanes in Manchester for many years. She is survived by her children Chris E. Hansen of Bolton, Michael J. Hansen and his wife Jennifer of Andover, and Lori J. Hansen of East Hartford, her grandchildren Rebecca and Alyssa Hansen of Andover, her sister Judy Novack and husband William of North Carolina and several nieces and nephews. She also leaves her faithful dog Razzle. Jean's family would like to offer a special thanks to those who cared for her in the past year; Cathy, Linnea, Randy, Caroline, Sandy, Brandy, Marie, Ashley and Becca. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday (January 4th) at 10 am at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home, 219 West Center Street, Manchester followed by a burial in East Cemetery, Manchester.
