Florence (Connors) Connolly, 90 of Manchester died on Tuesday (October 26, 2010) at a local convalescent home with her family by her side. Born in New York City she moved to Manchester in 1955. Florence worked for thirty years in the local banking industry including Hartford National Bank and Fleet. She was predeceased by her husband John, her daughter Joan Kerr and her grandson Brian Connolly. Florence is survived by her son John Connolly, Jr. and his wife Maria of Tucson, AZ, her son Kevin Connolly and his wife Jan of Manchester and her son-in-law Don Kerr of Manchester. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral service will be held on Friday(10/29) at 9:15 from the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center St. Manchester followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 at the Church of the Assumption, Manchester with burial in East Cemetery, Manchester.
