Colleen F. Slattery, 45, of East Hartford died Monday (August 16, 2010) at the Hospital for Special Care in New Britain. Born in Hartford she was the daughter of Maureen F. (McSweeney) Slattery of East Hartford and the late Patrick G. Slattery. She was formerly employed by The Hartford and O'Brien, Tanski & Young. Besides her mother she is survived by her brothers Austin P. Slattery and his wife Kathy of Ohio, Shawn E. Slattery of East Hartford, and Kerry T. Slattery and his wife Michelle of New Hartford and several niece and nephews. Funeral service will be held on Monday (August 30th) at 9:15 am from the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center St. Manchester with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am at St. Rose Church 33 Church Street, East Hartford, followed by burial in Holy Cross Cemetery Glastonbury.
