Helen N. Sheridan, 90, of Manchester, died Thursday (August 19, 2010) at Manchester Memorial Hospital. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Patrick and Winifred (Egan) Sheridan and had lived in Manchester for many years. She was a long time communicant of the Church of the Assumption and had been active with their Ladies Guild for many years. She is survived by her sister Ann (Sheridan) Perrone and her husband Tom of Westbrook, her brother Henry Sheridan of Philadelphia, TN and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her sisters Winifred Burnham and Veronica Sheridan, and brother William Sheridan. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday (August 24th) at 10:30 am from the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center Street Manchester with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am at the Church of the Assumption Adams St. South, Manchester followed by burial in St. Mary Cemetery, East Hartford.
