Obituary of John Bonino

John P. Bonino died peacefully surrounded by his family on June 7, 2010 at St. Francis Hospital at the age of 90. John is survived by his daughters Joan A. Bonino and her husband Victor Neumann and Patricia L. Bonino and her husband Gary J. Scott; his beloved sister Josephine Rosinski, her husband George, and son Peter; his sister-in-law Dianne Lenti; his devoted caregivers Annette Jack and Wendy Simon; other relatives and many long-time friends. John was predeceased by his wife of 58 years, Louise Bonino, and his brothers Peter and Albert Bonino. John was a lifelong resident of Manchester and founded his business, Bonino Electric, in 1945. Over the 50 years he ran his business, John earned the respect of his customers and business colleagues for his honesty and his excellent craftsmanship. John was a great story teller and would always entertain company with tales about his early years as a roller skater in Manchester and his various escapades with his many friends. John served in the United States Army during WWII as a military policeman. John's life was devoted to his business and his family - especially to his wife Louise whom he cared for during her last illness. Private funeral services for John will be held at the convenience of the family. Donations in John's memory can be made to the Arthritis Foundation or the American Diabetes Association. The John F.
