Frances A. Litrico, 90, of Manchester the wife of the late Domenico Litrico, died Thursday (March 25, 2010) at Vernon Manor. Born in Manchester November 17, 1919 she was the daughter of the late Guiseppe and Concetta (Leone) Felice. Frances was formerly employed at Manchester Modes as a seamstress. A proud woman, Frances was always very unselfish and giving to her family. She is survived by her children and grandchildren who were the joy of her life, Ann Lang and her husband Bob of Coventry, Margaret Anastasio and her husband Jim of South Windsor, Angela Chirico and her husband Vinny of Coventry, and Paul J. Litrico and his wife Beth of Manchester; and her grandchildren Stafanie, Amy and Melissa Lang, David and Kevin Anastasio, Vinnie and Michael Chirico, and Christina and Joe Litrico. Frances' family would like to offer a special thank you, for their care, compassion and tenderness, to the men and women of the Manchester Fire Department 8th District, the Visiting Nurses Association, and Vernon Manor. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday (March 30th) at 9:15 am from the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center St. Manchester with a Mass of Christian Burial 10 am St. James Church 896 Main St. Manchester followed by burial in St. James Cemetery.
