Anna Niver, 87, of Manchester, wife of the late Richard Niver passed away Tuesday, December 29th after a long illness. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth Steiner. Anna lived in Manchester most of her life. She worked at Cheney Bros. from 1940-1943 and then worked for over forty years at Pioneer Parachute until her retirement. She is survived by her sister Theresa Edwards and brother-in-law Lloyd Edwards and a sister-in-law Gladys Steiner. She also leaves behind nieces, and nephews and grand nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held on Monday January 4th at 10 am at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center St. Manchester followed by burial in Rose Hill Memorial Park. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 2-4.
