Dale C. Allen, Sr., 63, of Manchester the husband of Diane (Dodd) Allen died Thursday (December 10, 2009) at New York Presbyterian Hospital, New York. He is survived by his son Dale C. Allen, Jr. and his wife Elaine of East Hartford, his granddaughter Rachel Allen, his brothers Gary Allen and his wife Barbara of Avoca, NY and Dean Allen of Fresno, CA, and his nephew Mark Allen of Bath, NY.
