Ethel Rezman, 96, of Manchester, the widow of Karl Rezman who died on their 49th wedding anniversary on January 28, 1980, died on Tuesday (December 8, 2009) at Manchester Manor. She was born in Isztimer, Hungary, the daughter of Frank and Reginia (Angeli) Makl . Karl, Ethel and their family came to the United States in 1956 with the aid of Gertrude Hagadorn. Ethel was employed at Manchester Modes for many years. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law Robert and Martha Rezman of Manchester and Bela and Jeni Rezman of FL and her special loves her six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren,Robert Rezman of Manchester, Monica Rezman of Manchester, Aggie Byrnes of Vernon, Irene Tomasello and her husband Anthony of Andover, Angie Allen and her husband Glenn of Vernon and Michael Rezman and his wife Elizabeth of Guilford and great grandchildren Jillian, Samuel, Dominique, Vinny, Simon, Phoebe, Alexander, Andrew and Victoria. Ethel was also predeceased by her granddaughter Victoria Rezman and her sister Frances Schmidt. Funeral service will be held on Monday (12/14) at 9:15 from the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center St. Manchester followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 at the Church of the Assumption, Adams St. South Manchester with burial in St. James Cemetery, Manchester.
