Edmund Hajbucki, 81, of Manchester the husband of the late Theresa Hajbucki died Monday, November 2, 2009 at Manchester Memorial Hospital. Born in Poland, he had lived in Manchester for over fifty years. Edmund had retired from Pratt & Whitney Aircraft after many years of service. He touched the lives of all who knew him. He is survived by his children and their spouses Mary Berthiaume and her husband Raymond of Manchester, Thomas Hajbucki and his wife Maureen of Bolton, Susan Schmidt and her husband Gary of Manchester, Ann Marie Wilson of Coventry, and Frank Hajbucki and his wife Carol of Vermont; his grandchildren David, Cody, Dylan, Emilee, Shane, Tanner, Kevin and Leeann; and his great-grandson Malcom Roy. He is also survived by his former son-in-law Bob Wilson. Besides his wife, he was predeceased by his son Edmund Hajbucki, Jr. Funeral service will be held on Friday (November 6th) at 10 am at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home, 219 West Center Street Manchester followed by burial in East Cemetery, Manchester.
