Obituary of Paula Rollinson

Paula Rollinson, 87, of Manchester, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, (July 29, 2009) at Manchester Manor. She was the beloved wife of the late Earle Gil Rollinson. She was born in Worcester, MA on December 2, 1921, the daughter of the late Francis Faucher and Corrine Lupien Faucher and had lived in Manchester for fifty-seven years. Paula was a member of the Church of the Assumption and former volunteer with the American Red Cross. She was an accomplished cook, avid reader and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchild. She is survived by her daughter Donna Bartek and her husband Thomas of Manchester; her sons, Clinton Rollinson of Manchester; Mark Rollinson and his wife, Maggie of Columbia; and David Rollinson and his fiancée, Sandy Gifford of Manchester. She also leaves six grandchildren, Michael Embser and his wife Christine; Amanda Embser and her fiancé Jesse Roman; Katie Rollinson; Timothy Rollinson; Christopher Rollinson; Benjamin Rollinson; and one great grandchild Zachary Embser; and numerous nephews. She leaves one sister, Patsy McGuinness of Massachusetts, and was predeceased by her brothers Francis Faucher; and Bernard Faucher both of Worcester, MA. The family will receive friends, on Monday, August 3rd, from 4PM �" 7PM with a service at 6PM at the John F. Tierney Funeral Home, 219 West Center Street, Manchester, CT.
