Eloise M. "Loy" King, 77, of Manchester the wife of the late Robert L. King died Monday April 13, 2009 at Manchester Memorial Hospital. Born in Waterbury, she was the daughter of the late John P. and Corrine Murphy and had lived in Manchester most of her life. She was formerly employed by the Manchester Early Learning Center, a job which she loved. A loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she is survived by her children John P. King of South Carolina, Sandra Bagge and her husband Robert of Cape Cod, MA, Leslie Walsh and her husband Paul of Berlin, CT, Tammy Folsom and her husband Lloyd of Bolton, CT, and Robyn Barja and her husband Dorian of Atlanta, GA; her grandchildren, Corey and Robert, Melissa and John, Dan, Matt, Tyler, Allison, Murphy and Streed and her great-grandchildren, Kevin, Trevor and Cayleigh. She is also survived by her brother Richard and his wife Margaret Murphy of Bristol, a special niece Cheryl Ramos and her family of Naugatuck and many nieces and nepews. Funeral service will be held on Thursday (April 16th) at 9:15 am from the John F. Tierney Funeral Home 219 West Center Street Manchester with a Mass of Christian Burial 10 am at St. James Church 896 Main Street Manchester. Burial will be private.
