Kenneth Alley, 63, of Manchester, died on Monday March 30, 2009 at Manchester Memorial Hospital. Born in Putnum he was the son of Pattie (Stone) Tomlin and the late Norman Omer Alley. He was a veteran of the US Air Force. Besides his mother he is survived by his daughters Robin (Koffman) McClure and Allyson (Alley) Yow both of North Carolina; his twin sister Katherine Alley, his brothers Norman Alley and Homer Grenier, eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Besides his father he was predeceased by two children. A graveside service will be held TODAY at 11:00 am at the Connecticut State Veterans' Cemetery Bow Lane, Middletown. The John F.
