Obituary of Mildred Stanizzi
Mildred P. Stanizzi, 84, of East Hartford the wife of the late Rosario "Ray" Stanizzi died Friday March 27, 2009 at Hartford Hospital. She is survived by her daughter Sandy Pezzente and her husband Joe of East Hartford; her grandchildren Dawn Cantone and her husband Thomas of Bolton, Gregg Pezzente and his wife Debra of S. Glastonbury, and her daughter Lisa Pezzente of East Hartford. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren Christina Woznicki, Jordan, Taylor, Nathan, Jonathan and Lisette Cantone, Chesney Cole, Keira Pezzente, Ashley Jank, Ryan Cyr and Alexa MacClean and her great-great grandson Mason Jank. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday (April 1st) 10 am at St. Christopher Church, East Hartford. Burial will be private. Memorial donations may be made be made to St. Christopher Church 538 Brewer Street East Hartford, CT 06118. The John F. Tierney Funeral Home, Manchester has care of arrangements.
